JOB DETAILS
The primary responsibility of the Imaging Research Associate is to assist the MI team with Image quality control, Site activities from Medical Imaging Team and medical Imaging software user testing. The Imaging Research Associate interfaces with LTR-MI team at all levels, with support activities provided in areas including, but not limited to, Image Quality and query management. document change control, proposal, and document support, administering of training, inspection readiness assessments, and nonconformance file (CAPA and Deviation) management and Data Validation
The Imaging Research Associate is a QC oriented individual, facilitating timely management quality decision making. This individual is key in achieving business and stakeholder needs with respect to meet the timelines and deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide assistance in setting up Medical Imaging Laboratory Facility.
· Assist in development of Imaging Data flow
· Feasibility Assessment for imaging component of the project to identify competent Investigator’s site.
· Schedule and/or impart required training to the site staff on Image Acquisition procedures and requirements.
· Customize the Imaging project specific documentation
· Maintain the Trail master file for the assigned projects
· Manage the Independent review process, Coordination with Radiologists and other required personnel.
· Keep track of Imaging Studies received from the site
· Perform the Quality checks on the imaging received from the site
· Conduct each activity as the predefined department/organization’s SOP
· Any other activities that organization had given

· Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
· Data entry experience/competence required.
· Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
· Knowledge of clinical trials and/or healthcare industries is required.
· Expertise in using MS Office and internet applications required.
