JOB DETAILS

  1. Installation, Shifting and Re-installation of LCMSMS and other new instruments in the lab, for all locations and departments.
  2. To do the Preventive Maintenance of all LCMSMS and other lab equipment, in all locations and departments.
  3. To do the Calibration of all LCMSMS and other lab equipment, in all locations and departments.
  4. To attend all types of Emergency Maintenance for all LCMSMS and other lab equipment, in all locations and departments.
  5. To co-ordinate with Vendors for Preventive Maintenance, Calibration & Breakdown activities for all Laboratory Instruments.
  6. To work as per OECD GLP Principles.
  7. To do spare inventory management for LCMSMS and other Lab equipment.
  8. To review the Calibration certificates, Mapping reports & Installation Documents of all Laboratory Instruments installed in all Locations.
  9. To prepare and maintain Master Instrument List, Calibration List, Master Schedule of Preventive Maintenance & Calibration of instruments.
  10. To prepare and review Preventive Maintenance Protocols for instrument.
  11. To provide training to users on instrument hardware and software, in all locations.
  12. To provide support during sponsor and regulatory audits.
  13. To review installation, calibration and qualification data of all types of instruments.
  14. Responsible for the effective implementation of GLP & ensuring its compliance level for Instruments.
  15. To prepare and review SOPs.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years in Analytical Instruments Service Engineering.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

BE/B.Tech(Instrumentation Engineering)
