JOB DETAILS

This role focuses on research and analysis of clinical trial registries, SEC, and ANDA regulatory databases to identify potential sponsors and business opportunities for Lambda. The candidate will finally support the CTM and BD team through lead generation, database mining, and data-driven insights. The position requires strong excel and data analysis skills, understanding of pharmaceutical business development, and familiarity with AI-driven outreach tools such as Apollo.ai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and analyze clinical trial registries, SEC filings, and ANDA databases to identify potential sponsors and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain structured lead databases using Excel or similar tools for the Business Development team.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to identify companies developing new drugs, generics, or conducting clinical trials.
  • Track regulatory approvals, pipeline products, and company expansions relevant to CRO services.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic outreach and BD decision-making.
  • Use AI-powered prospecting tools such as Apollo.ai to identify contacts and support bulk email outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.

EXPERIENCE

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, filtering, pivot tables, and basic analytics).
  2. Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO business development, market research, or competitive intelligence.
  3. Ability to analyze regulatory and clinical trial databases (e.g., clinicaltrials.gov, SEC filings, ANDA databases).
  4. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  5. Familiarity with AI-based prospecting or outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.ai, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools).
  6. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  7. Strong communication skills for coordination with BD team

Total Experience: 5 years in Clinical Research, preferably in Clinical Trials.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.or equivalent in life sciences.
